Gastrinoma (ZES)

Dx: 1.     Gastrin level –(very very high ⤴️⤴️⤴️⤴️)–> Gastrinome –> CT / SRS to localize the tumor. 2.     Gastrin level –(not that high ⤴️)–> Secretin test –(fails to ⤵️ gastrin)–> gastrinoma –> CT / SRS to localize the tumor.
